Il 2025 segna un passo importante per la conservazione del lanario (Falco biarmicus feldeggii<\/em>). I cinque giovani esemplari nati presso il centro di allevamento e reintroduzione stanno mostrando ottimi risultati, e i loro spostamenti offrono dati significativi sul metodo di rilascio utilizzato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drusilla, la prima nata dell\u2019anno, ha fornito un caso di studio particolarmente interessante. Dopo il rilascio, ha attraversato l\u2019Appennino centrale con una prima tappa a Osimo (AN), localit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 nota per il caso di Calogero, esemplare di falco ucciso lo scorso ottobre. Ha poi sorvolato la costa adriatica, raggiungendo la Riserva Naturale Regionale Monte Genzana e Alto Gizio (AQ), per proseguire verso le Gole del Salinello (TE) e i Monti Sibillini (MC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successivamente, Drusilla ha valicato l\u2019Emilia-Romagna, si \u00e8 spostata in Toscana e, con un percorso inatteso, \u00e8 tornata nel Lazio, non lontano dal luogo di rilascio. Contrariamente alle previsioni, non ha fatto rientro stabile nella zona d\u2019origine, ma ha intrapreso un nuovo spostamento verso nord, fino ai territori interni della Repubblica di San Marino, un\u2019area non ancora esplorata da altri individui della specie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il monitoraggio di questo esemplare da parte degli operatori, ha permesso loro di visitare un luogo ricco di biodiversit\u00e0, popolato da aquile reali, poiane, falchi pecchiaioli, gheppi e molti altri animali. Drusilla, forte e fiera, volava insieme agli altri rapaci, ormai libera e lontana dal suo nido. Completamente autonoma da oltre sessanta giorni, \u00e8 diventata il primo esemplare di lanario rilasciato con il metodo di hacking controllato a raggiungere l\u2019indipendenza senza necessit\u00e0 di soccorso o supporto alimentare, spesso inevitabile durante i primi voli esplorativi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questo risultato rappresenta un punto di svolta per i programmi di conservazione, confermando l\u2019efficacia di una tecnica che potrebbe rafforzare le prospettive di tutela della specie.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
