{"id":1052,"date":"2023-12-22T09:57:32","date_gmt":"2023-12-22T09:57:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lifelanner.eu\/?p=1052"},"modified":"2024-03-13T13:31:01","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T13:31:01","slug":"the-genetic-study-of-the-life-lanner-project-reveals-the-uniqueness-of-the-lanner-falcon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lifelanner.eu\/it\/2023\/12\/22\/the-genetic-study-of-the-life-lanner-project-reveals-the-uniqueness-of-the-lanner-falcon\/","title":{"rendered":"Lo studio genetico del progetto life lanner rivela l\u2019unicit\u00e0 del Lanario."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Life lanner dimostra, sulla rivista scientifica internazionale \u201cPLOS One\u201d, l\u2019unicit\u00e0 genetica del falco lanario e l\u2019urgenza della sua Salvaguardia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un recente articolo pubblicato sulla rivista internazionale PLOS ONE, completamente\nsviluppato dallo staff del Progetto, ha rivelato la notevole diversit\u00e0 genetica di un Falco in\nvia di estinzione, il Lanario, del quale il nostro progetto europeo si occupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Nello studio, coordinato da IZS LT, \u00e8 stata esaminata la variabilit\u00e0 genetica di 115\nesemplari appartenenti a tre sottospecie di Lanario presenti nel Mediterraneo. Per\napprofondire questo studio sono stati inoltre analizzati due nuovi loci genetici che hanno\ncontribuito ad una migliore identificazione genetica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I risultati ottenuti evidenziano che il Lanario (Falco biarmicus feldeggii) individuato dalla\ndirettiva europea \u201cUccelli\u201d \u00e8 un\u2019entit\u00e0 separata dalle altre sottospecie ed \u00e8 degna della\nmassima attenzione scientifica e di una politica di conservazione particolare, avvalorando\nquanto disposto dalla Direttiva Europea Uccelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"588\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lifelanner.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/journal.pone_.0295424-1024x588.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1054\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" data-srcset=\"\" \/><figcaption>La sottospecie feldeggi del lanario, distribuita in Italia e penisola Balcanica mostra grandi differenze dalle altre sottospecie di lanario<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Lanario \u00e8 una specie che sta registrando un rapido declino a causa di interferenze\nantropogeniche che ne stanno condizionando la presenza a livello globale.<br>Le azioni, poste in essere dal Progetto LIFE LANNER, prevedono l\u2019allevamento in cattivit\u00e0\ne il rilascio in natura: per arricchire l\u2019approccio del progetto alla conservazione si \u00e8 ritenuto\nfondamentale comprendere la diversit\u00e0 genetica della specie, nonch\u00e9 delle diverse\nsottospecie che la contraddistinguono: non soltanto per poterla distinguere in maniera\naffidabile dai simili, ma anche e soprattutto per dare un significativo peso alle politiche di\nconservazione europee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Lo studio \u00e8 stato finanziato tramite il progetto LIFE &quot;LANNER&quot; (18NAT\/IT\/000720) e i\nrisultati sono stati resi disponibili sia nell\u2019articolo che negli allegati del lavoro scientifico. Le\nnuove sequenze sono state depositate nel database pubblico GenBank per la\nconsultazione da parte della comunit\u00e0 scientifica internazionale.<br>Il progetto Life LANNER, coordinato dall\u2019Ente Monti Cimini Riserva Naturale Lago di Vico,\nrappresenta uno sforzo congiunto di esperti di conservazione e ricercatori per preservare\nquesta specie di falco in pericolo di estinzione.
