New lanner release site in the Regional Park of Marturanum
We are happy to announce a new release site in the regional park of Marturanum, province of Viterbo.
Works started at the beginning of the summer, and are now complete. A new hacking box was placed on top of a specifically built tower, and equipped with two videocameras that will transmit data thanks to a 1 KW solar panel system.
One of the cameras uses fixed optics and is inside the hacking box. The other is motorized and has a zoom feature, which will make it possible to monitor the surroundings from its installation point which is 4 metres high.
The solar panel system is built to support up to 6 cameras at the same time.
